Dee J. Adams
Dee J. was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. After graduating high school, she moved to Los Angeles to study acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.  Once out of school, she got enough acting work to pay the rent and keep her Screen Actors Guild card. She also worked as a Dialogue Coach in sitcoms. (That's code for acting coach and also means she helped the actors learn their lines.)  Writing came as a fluke. After a very intense dream she couldn't stop talking about, her husband said, “Just write it down.” She did. Three weeks and fourteen hours a day later, she had a 450 page handwritten novel. That started a whole new career.  She is married to the love of her life and has one beautiful daughter. She likes romance, adventure, a little mystery and happy endings. Romance is the perfect genre for her.

ANNE MARIE BECKER
If Anne Marie had been a little less straight-laced and law-abiding, she might have been a Peeping Tom (er, Peeping Jane?).  She’s always been fascinated by people—inside and out—which led to degrees in Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, and Counseling.  As a games hostess at Sea World, tutor, waitress, personal and family counselor, and high school counselor, she indulged her curiosity through sanctioned professions.  Now, as a stay-at-home mom of three young children, her passion for understanding the human race is satisfied by her roles as mother, wife, daughter, sister, and writer.  She writes to reclaim her sanity.
Anne Marie’s manuscripts have won several awards, including the 2009 Golden Heart® for Best Romantic Suspense.  Her first novel, Only Fear, is due out September 5, 2011 from Carina Press.

Ann Bruce
Ann Bruce is the pseudonym for a self-professed computer geek who, in between snowboarding, reading comic books, and wearing out the buttons of her PS3 controller, writes because it's an acceptable means of explaining all the voices in her head.
You want more? Really? Well...
I have wanderlust; I called five countries on three continents home.
I switched majors five times in university...and still don't know what I want to be when I grow up.
I had nine jobs and four careers before I turned twenty-five.
I watch mainly cartoons because they have better storylines than sitcoms and reality shows. (Pinky and the Brain trumps American Idol any day!)
One day I want to be a full-time writer. Maybe. Still haven't decided. I hear it doesn't pay very well. Being a superhero, sans cape and tights and decoder ring, is still an option. (Pay sucks for superheroes, too, but I'd have cool toys!)
And I'm easily amused and dis-- Ooh, shiny!
Find me on my web site or on The Not-so-deep Thoughts.

She has written dozens of short stories, confessions, magazine articles, and books. Her next release with Carina Press is Memories Of You, which debuts in March, 2011!

Lynne Connolly
Lynne writes for a number of publishers. She writes romantic suspense, paranormal romance, contemporary romance and historical romance. She is the winner of two Eppies (now retitled the EPIC ebook awards) and a goodly number of Recommended Reads etc from review sites.
While these are very gratifying, that isn't why she writes. She wants to bring the stories in her head to life and share them with others, in the hope that they might give her some peace.
She lives in the UK with her family, cat and doll's houses. Creating worlds on paper or in miniature seems to be her specialty!

Wynter Daniels
Wynter Daniels began making up stories as soon as she could speak. She started working on her first novel in college - a mystery. But she soon realized the collegiate life involved way more than books, so she spent the rest of her time in academia partying.

She is now published with Ellora’s Cave, Red Sage Publishing and Loose Id and is looking forward to her first release with Carina Press, an erotic romantic suspense. Protective Custody will be released in May of 2011.
Now married with two grown children and two spoiled cats, Wynter writes full time from her home in Florida. Rita Henuber
Rita grew up running the beaches of a barrier island on Florida’s east coast. An island brat, she spent more time climbing weathered oaks and chasing alligators than playing with the dolls her family gave her. She married a Marine and feels fortunate to have lived many places and traveled to the states and countries she didn’t live. Retired from government service she moved back to that barrier island where she writes contemporary women’s fiction and suspense thrillers weaving her experiences into her stories.  Her heroes and heroines are either in the military or government service because she writes what she knows. Her father was in the Coast Guard and immediate family members served in every branch of the service as pilots, grunts, desk jockeys and everything in between. Their ranks were from private to admiral. She’s experienced the highs and lows of military and government life and is grateful for each experience.

Rita reads or listens to two to three books a week. Prefers listening while doing housework so as not to waste time. She has no favorite author she just loves a good story.

Rita’s first book, Under Fire, will be released with Carina Press August 22, 2011.

You can visit Rita at her web home http://ritahenuber.com or at  www.rubyslipperedsisterhood.com

Kathy Ivan
Kathy can't remember a time when books and reading weren't a part of her daily life. She was blessed with a mother who instilled in her a love of reading at a young age. This progressed into a passion for the written word in all forms, which led to her writing. Every day new stories and new ideas roam through her head, the characters chomping at the bit for their turn to be front and center and have their stories told. That love of storytelling translates into her desire to write and share her stories with others.
Her day job is about as uncreative as it gets. She does medical transcription, spending numerous hours each day trying to decipher the mumbled, garbled, often unrecognizable words physicians are dictating in an effort to make a complete and comprehensive patient record. It's almost as bad as trying to read their handwriting!
Born and raised in Miami, Florida, she's lived in various places, from California to Hawaii and back to Florida before finally settling in Texas. Kathy makes her home outside Dallas, Texas. She's a member of Romance Writers of America and Dallas Area Romance Authors (DARA).  Desperate Choices is her debut release with Carina Press.

Clare London
Clare took the pen name London from the city where she lives, loves, and writes. A lone, brave female in a frenetic, testosterone-fuelled family home, she waits for the far distant day when she can afford to give up her day job as an accountant. She's written in many genres and across many settings, with novels and short stories published both online and in print. She says she likes variety in her writing while friends say she's just fickle, but as long as both theories spawn good fiction, she's happy. Most of her work features male/male romance and drama with a healthy serving of physical passion, as she enjoys both reading and writing about strong, sympathetic and sexy characters.  Clare currently has plenty of other projects in mind: she just has to find out where she left them in that frenetic, testosterone-fuelled family home.

Find details of her publications and plenty of free fiction at her website, including an invitation to her mailing list. Visit her today and say hello!
