Anne Marie, picking the three things is a great idea. Hubby used to have his list and go over it every morning to prioritize his day. Something I need to get better at.
Sandy Parkshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04005659579891587121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7545210782126483136.post-13744779720030291542016-10-12T16:19:06.408-07:002016-10-12T16:19:06.408-07:00Stress is a biggy. And perfectionist (though you'd never know looking at me)). None of these things reduce stress :)

This is a great blog and reminder to try and let things go. I started saying "no" a long time ago. It really works for those people who think you're not actually working. I bought a yoga mat for Japan but haven't spent much time on it. I miss my dog, but have found several walks to calm my brain and help my body. Now to write a list and start my day :)Toni Andersonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09006694783089788568noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7545210782126483136.post-7652988019148046512016-10-12T12:44:36.972-07:002016-10-12T12:44:36.972-07:00Nice article, Sandy! Things are less stressful when I use a schedule planner.

It's no wonder you're thinking of stress, you've had an exciting and stressful year!

cheers!Larissa Emeraldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04103118988642176050noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7545210782126483136.post-52727604842142108652016-10-12T09:15:55.998-07:002016-10-12T09:15:55.998-07:00Ack, stress! I think I've tried most of these strategies over the years, and the prioritizing of lists, as well as crossing things off (that feels great!) and picking the three things I most want to get done that day have been the most useful tools for me. And walking. Exercise definitely helps.Anne Marie Beckerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17603878676306179018noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7545210782126483136.post-12861667768123212652016-10-12T08:53:37.595-07:002016-10-12T08:53:37.595-07:00Ugh!
